Our retail store is based in Kyalami Corner Shopping centre, feel free to pop in at any time to meet the team. Please note our physical retail store only stocks a select range of brands, the majority of our stock is despatched directly from our warehouse in Cape Town and Midrand.

Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, however, in the event that you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to us. Please keep in mind that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the products have been opened and are no longer in a re-sellable condition – all tamper seals, and original packaging needs to be intact and in its original condition. Purchases must be returned within 7 days of delivery. The items are your responsibility until they arrive back with us. All return costs are for your own account.

The Federation Salon strives to fulfill all orders as fast as possible (most orders are dispatched within 24hours). Major Centres via courier – 1 to 3 working days, Regional Areas – 2 to 5 working days. Delivery is free for all orders over R500, otherwise there is a R50.00 delivery fee.
