Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, in the event that your order is damaged or incorrect, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full retail price refund, this excludes electrical appliances that are not defective or hair care products that have been opened or where the packaging has been tampered with. Please also note that shipping and payment gateway charges are non refundable. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of haircare products if opened and are no longer in a re-sellable condition, all tamper seals and original packaging needs to be intact and in its original condition. Purchases must be returned within 7 days of delivery in order for a refund to be processed. The items are your responsibility until they arrive back with us. All return costs are for your own account with your own courier provider. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned for a replacement or refund after receiving prior confirmation by The Federation via e-mail. Prior consent from The Federation must be approved via e-mail before any goods are shipped back. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer until the returned goods reach the seller. Refunds and warranties will not be applied to goods that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence and/or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product.
